We hope you joined us for our fantastic Valentine’s weekend dinner! Don’t forget that we’re also serving a special dinner on Tuesday, the day of! We will be serving our regular menu in addition to the special menu.

Appetizers:
- Pheasant rillettes and pickled vegetables
- Game hen consume’ with wild mushrooms and game hen quenelles
- Salad of spring greens, goat cheese and blackberry crisps with champagne vinaigrette
Entrees:
- Roast sablefish, sushi rice, asian vegetables and yuzu sabayon
- Spice rubbed elk steak, barley risotto, charred asparagus and blackberry barbecue sauce
 yep. that's about right. Now is about the time of year that we start getting loads of calls regarding our menu for V-Day and the associated weekend. And with good reason, because we’ve always got something special for the season!
The 14th is fast approaching, so we highly recommend that you make reservations. Spots will fill up quickly!
Please note that the menu below is for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only, and not the 14th (which is a Tuesday). We do the holiday itself a little differently, so please call for more information (you won’t regret it).
Entrees:
- Oysters on the half-shell, breaded with cornmeal and pan-fried.
- Butter-poached Twin Maine Lobster Tails, served with asparagus and red potatoes.
- Grilled 12 oz Strauss Veal Chop. Served with wild mushroom Madiera sauce, and sides of sauteed fresh spinach and garlic mashed potatoes.
We’ll still serve our full menu on those days, and we’ll still have a few secret specials for the folks who decide to show up! Additionally, we will have our fantastic homemade lobster bisque available.
So, what are you waiting for, Christmas?
Nope! We’ve been asked by a number of people these past few weeks if we’re going out of business. This was news to us!
So, if you happen to overhear someone propagating this rumor, make sure you set them straight. And that’s direct from the horse’s mouth.
Feel free to spread the rumor that we have a talking horse, though. We like that one.

We are still working on the menu for Father’s Day, but good things are sure to come.
What we do know is this,,,
Brunch will start at 9am and go until 3pm
Dinner will start at 3pm and go until 9pm
For those of you who are new to Waves, our brunch is an Ala Carte menu, not a buffet.

Now, if your mom is like our mom, flowers aren’t going to cut it. They’re expensive, non-functional, and only look nice for a few days – not really the message you want to send to the woman who spent 20 hours in labor for you, huh?
Don’t worry, we have a great suggestion: take your mom out for brunch! She can have someone else cook for her*, and best of all – no dishes!
Instead of saying to your mom “You are no longer pretty, you just cost me money and don’t serve any useful purpose,” say to her: “Mom, I love you enough to keep feeding you. Forever. And by the way, you look great in that dress.”
Join us for our special Sunday brunch on May 8th, from 9am to 3pm, and our mother-loving kitchen staff will cook her (and you) a meal that you’ll definitely win Best Child Award for.
